Refund And Returns Policy

At Rock Kicker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your camping and outdoor gear purchase. That’s why we offer a refund and returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your camping and outdoor gear item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • We cannot accept returns for used camping and outdoor gear.
  • Any item not returned in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

If you haven’t received your refund after the designated time period, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

We stand behind the quality of our camping and outdoor gear. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you.

You may return all defective products for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

  • Defective items may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
  • Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • If deemed necessary, we may request the defective item be shipped back to us for further evaluation.

Final Sale Items

Certain camping and outdoor gear items may be marked as final sale, indicating that they are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.

Final sale items include, but are not limited to, clearance items, customized gear, and perishable goods.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. If you need to exchange your camping and outdoor gear for a different size, color, or style, simply reach out to our customer service team and we’ll assist you with the process.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund.

The customer is responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please provide us with the order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange when contacting our customer service team.

Shipping

When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will need to supply Rock Kicker with your tracking number of your return.

Gift Returns

If you received a camping and outdoor gear item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll assist you with the process and provide the necessary information to the original purchaser.

To facilitate the return or exchange, we may require some personal information from you, such as your name, address, and contact information. Rest assured that we handle all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Damaged Shipments

If your camping and outdoor gear item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive an exchange, credit, or refund.

To assist us in resolving the problem quickly, please provide us with your RMA#, photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and any other relevant details.

We appreciate your understanding that some damages may occur during the shipping process, and we will do our best to rectify the situation promptly.
